About Jenny's Bead Box

We offer our customers a wide range of jewellery-making materials, at extremely reasonable prices, along with quick delivery and friendly customer service. 

When shopping online at Jenny's Bead Box, you'll find a massive selection of beads and jewellery findings, as well as tools, stringing materials and other bits & bobs - in fact we aim to be a 'one stop shop' for all your jewellery-making requirements!

Please note that we do NOT produce a printed catalogue - we are a purely internet business and, in any case, our stock changes all the time (meaning that a conventional catalogue would almost immediately be out of date).

Payment Information

You can pay for your Jenny's Bead Box purchases using a credit or debit card (these are processed securely via PayPal and, if you choose this option, you will be taken there automatically once you go to Checkout).  Customers already holding a PayPal account may also pay using their PayPal balance.

Alternatively, for UK customers only, we also accept personal cheques (made payable to J. Williams) or postal orders.  The address to send these to will be given to you at Checkout.

Shipping and Handling

Postal charges are as follows:

UK

for orders totalling £29.99 or less, P&P is £2.50

for orders totalling £30 to £149.99, P&P is £4.95

(These are flat rates, regardless of the number of items ordered)

for orders totalling £150.00 or more, P&P is FREE!

Orders up to a value of £29.99 will be sent by ordinary First Class post, although you may opt at Checkout to pay extra for Recorded or Special Delivery.  Orders worth £30 or more will be automatically sent via Special Delivery, at no extra cost to the customer.

EUROPE

for orders totalling £29.99 or less, P&P is £3.50

for orders totalling £30 to £149.99, P&P is £6.50

(These are flat rates, regardless of the number of items ordered)

for orders totalling £150.00 or more, P&P is FREE!

Orders up to a value of £29.99 sterling will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail, although you may opt at Checkout to pay extra for 'International Signed For'.  Orders worth £30.00 sterling or more will be automatically sent via 'International Signed For', at no extra cost to the customer.

  REST OF WORLD

for orders totalling £29.99 or less, P&P is £6.95

for orders totalling £30 to £149.99, P&P is £9.95

for orders totalling £150.00 or more, P&P is FREE!

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Jenny's Bead Box, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund.  Please inform us , either by email (preferred) or telephone, if you wish to return any goods - we will then provide you with the correct address!

Return postage is payable by the customer (except in the case of damaged or faulty items), and returns are sent at the customer's own risk (postal insurance is strongly advised, as items can go missing in the post).  We are unable to give a refund unless we have the item back first!

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please feel free to contact us if there's anything you're not sure about!

Right to Cancel

In accordance with UK Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your goods.

If your order has been confirmed, but you have not yet received your goods, you may change or cancel your order by emailing (preferred) or telephoning us - see the 'Contact Us' page for details of how to do this.

If your order has been despatched, you will need to return the items at your own expense to the address given on your invoice.  We will refund the order (or part order, in the event of not all items being returned), including the original delivery charge, as long as the order is returned within 30 days of cancellation.  If we do not receive the goods back from you after cancellation of your order, we may arrange to collect the item from you at your cost.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to process your order, and do not disclose this to any third parties.  The details taken are used only to verify your payment, and for delivery of your order.  We do not send unsolicited marketing emails or other correspondance.  If you have any concerns about the information we require to process your order, please get in touch using any of the methods given on the 'Contact Us' page.
